Last Day of Classes

Today was the last day of classes! I had some classes that I really liked and am
going to miss. I LOVED my church history class with Sister Black. It is one of the
best classes I have ever taken at BYU, I highly recommend it. I am also going
to miss my Acc 210 class - bizarre as that may sound I really enjoy that class and
won't get to do anything else until I am potentially in the major. I am also going to
miss my Dance 180 class. It was a great class, with a great teacher and great people-
it stinks how you actually get to know people at the end of the semester. I wish my
schedule permitted me to take more classes like that.

It never ceases to amaze me how amazing people are at BYU. I love being around
great people who are so passionate about what they do. It makes me want to be
better and follow their examples.

This week also marked the beginning of the snow this winter. I am not a snow hater, I
just hate that it makes the roads gross and everything icy. Besides the snow I don't think
it has gotten over 25 degrees this week which is sickeningly cold. Ready for a little warmer
weather please.

Tomorrow I get to go to the Natalie Cole Christmas Show with the Mormon Tabernacle
choir and am thrilled! It should be really good.

Also cougar basketball is in full swing! Jackson Emery is rockin it, Jimmer Fredette
is picking up where he left off, freshman and players off the bench are doing a
great job and I am still waiting for Jonathan Tavernari to show up - hopefully he will
decide to play ball sometime soon. 7-1 not a bad start though.

One more week and getting through finals then Christmas break!
Merry Christmas!

Thanksgiving Break

Now the break is over I guess it is time to come back to reality and the last 2 weeks
of classes and finals. It was a good break though. I love going home and spending
time with the family. Went shopping on black friday late morning - didn't get what I
needed, but found some steals online. One of the highlights of the break was the BYU-Utah game. It was a close game and ended up in overtime where BYU won. Not the best game either
team had ever played, but a win is a win.

As for Max Hall - on and off quarterback, but sometimes he makes the right plays. I find his comments after the game unnecessary in a press conference, but justified. I guess that is the rivalry and all that comes with it. I also put up Christmas decorations and am ready for the holiday festivities to begin. Christmas music will be played near constantly from now until December 25! Now if I can just buckle down and get through the last tests and finals!

Thankful for BYU

As Thanksgiving draws nearer I havce been thinking

about things I am grateful for and one of the biggest

things is the opportunity to attend BYU. It has been

such a great experience of learning and fun. I have

met so many incredible people and made life-long

friends. It has opened up so many opportunities and

new experiences.

Its Official!

So I gave in and decided to start a blog. So for the
awkward first post I will just say I am a student
at BYU. An accounting major hopeful. Recorstration
Office employee. BYU Sports fan. And loving life!
