And Life Goes On

It is already midterms! It is exciting yet crazy at the same time.
I feel like nothing new ever happens worthy of blogging, but I
will work on finding joy in the little things. There are a couple of
things though.

First, I got an internship! This was quite the experience, first getting
told no by everyone, wondering what on earth I was supposed to be
doing if it wasn't accounting, and then getting an offer that will be best
for me. I will be working for Larson & Rosenberger in Sandy. I will be
an intern this winter semester, after that I will be part-time staff until
I graduate, and then a full-time job. It is a little weird to become part of the
real working world.

Second, school is crazy! Everyone said that the MAcc is better than the
Jr. Core - they must not mean this semester. It has been quite the trick
to barely get by and get everything done, let alone do it well. Hopefully
next year will actually be better. (Funny moment - my professor quoted
kid history in class on Wednesday. Sad part - no one really knew what it
was besides me.)

Then there is the rest of life:
- BYU Sports - Football is improving and basketball starts in less then a week.
- Housesitting while my family is on vacation in New York and then on a
New England cruise.
- Trying to do my calling and realizing how truly inadequate I am and how
grateful I am for wonderful counselors and sisters that I get to serve with. In
addition having the gospel and a loving Heavenly Father to help me better serve.

I also just realized that about every blog post I have ends up in lists. The story of my life.
