Unfortunately this post has nothing to do with the typical association with the title.I just needed to list some of the things I am loving this summer.
1. My sewing class - I am learning new things that I actually might use later on.I find myself looking at clothes and saying "I could make that". I think I might have found something to add to my hobby list. Plus the girls in my lab are awesome!
2. Friends - I have gotten to know some wonderful girls. First my friend Rachel who has been in my ward, but I didn't get to know until we have been in the same sewing class this term. We are kindred spirits and she is such a good example to me in so many ways. She is also an awesome friend and helps me in any way she can (boys to school to life in general).
My roommate Erin is also such a good friend. She makes me laugh and helps me keep things real and in perspective. Old continuing friendships are also priceless.
3. Tennis - I am taking a tennis class and as I slowly progress I LOVE playing!Overall I actually like all of my classes.
4. My Ward - I have gotten to know more people through my dinner group and through attempting to be more social. Great people. Unfortunately there will be a lot of turn over this fall, but I guess it is another opportunity to meet new people. In addition last night I helped and participated in a murder mystery dinner.
I ended up being the murderer - with the knife in the garden.
